I have a G3R running version 7 software. We are currently using a program by Compargo to track calls and generally put my raw CDR numbers in a neat and pretty package. The problem is that it's mostly in Hungarian and honestly, I don't really like the software. Can anyone suggest any different brands of billing/call tracking software? The more user friendly the interface is the better. I'm not sure how much the company is willing to spend on it, so don't let price dictate your suggestion. Thanks!!
