Just wondering, If I wanted to install a billboard display where would I connect the end to. If I do "cha bulletin-board" in the switch will display what I want it to display.
What I really want to is display the queues and other customer service stuff onto the screen in real time. But I dont have a clue to where to install the plug or set that real time queue up. Any help is appreciated.

If you want to see que information on a wall display or something, you'll need aditional software like BCMS-vu, or you can manage a call center via CMS (Call Management System).

The bullentin-board you talk about is just a notes page in the switch. Look!!! New Buttons
