Bill of Lading in Macola 1

When I enter into Macola's Bill of lading an order number and then description, it will not let me enter in an additional description based on that same order number. How do I get additional description lines for the same order on a Bill of lading?

there are 40 characters of description, is this not enough?

I am trying to get multiple line descriptions for the same order. We need a very defined bill of lading, not just a summation of the order. Example: 50 Cartons ABC Widgets, 2 Skids XYZ Cogs, 34 Cartons Bearings, 24 Crates Gearboxes...

I don't know if you have been answered on this yet Joe, but this is a limitation of Macola Bill of Lading. You can get the information you want with a packing slip, but if you need a detailed bill of lading, you may need to develop your own. We have done this for some of our clients.

Just saw your post.

We have the same issues with bols. We got around this by creating a series of bogus orders (9000000 series) that we use in a bol to insert description lines in the body.
