Big Text..

I think someone answered this before but I cant find the thread.

How to you get letters that are very big. I've seen words with animated text that start off at a normal size, but grows to a large size off the page and then another normal size words show up.

Where the hell is the scale palette?

Do you mean... Object (or text) selected, under MODIFY->TRANSFORM->SCALE and/or ROTATE?

The Transform pallette. I stand corrected. Sheeeesh! Wow JT that almost looked like you knew what you were doing!

'Course you could forget all about palettes and select your text, click on the resize tool (looks like two squares and an arrow in the bottom right of the "tools" window) then just drag the handles that appear around your text until it's the size you want. Saves any further semantic arguments ;-)

I wasn't blaming the ways...
Just wanted to remind you, once again, that some new users don't allways have your knowledge, and might not know where to find a scaling palette!
Clearer is allways better!

Why don't you guys tell them how to do it with scripting and save on the bandwidth. Make it really difficult.
