Big problem with Direct Talk (IBM rs6000)

Hi,
I have a big problem with my IBM rs6000.
I'm using AIX and Direct Talk. Unfortunately, every time I run Direct Talk, my machine turn off. I've already seen the log files, and them point out a cable problem (cable that connect rs6000 to telephony network). I'm sure that my cable is good.

I cannot use it. If one of you can help me, please let contact me , so I will explain all particulars.
