I have a F9600XL rel. 15 with caller ID. Big Lucy's problem is this..... Slt's work fine, but on a Caller ID set the call waiting doesn't work. If the MLDT makes a outgoing call and he receives a 2nd call, he can answer it and toggle between the calls like he's suppose to. Now this is where my problem comes in....If the MLDT receives a call and then receives another call (PRI DID'S) he cannot answer nor toggle between them,however on a single line sets it works either way.
Big Lucy needs your help, she's stumped!!!!!!!!!!!
