That is not our experience. The software is becoming more and more expensive and is compatible with fewer platforms. Some organizations cannot afford the hardware upgrades pushed by the software manufactures. We do not have the luxury of large I.T. budgets. And, as far as tech support.... We pay for it. Veritas does provide support. However, our expenience lateley has been either no response or response that took well over 48 hours. Support that is not timely is useless.
