bevel & emboss in illustrator/vectors

Hi everyone,

Just wondering if anyone knows of an easy and painfree way to bevel and emboss text in illustrator. ideally, its to be taken to flash... and any help you could offer would be great. I am not even sure if its possible, or to what extent, if any, you can control the emboss... but i need to recreate text treatments for a flash banner...

Please help. Any comments, suggestions or steers in the right direction would be much appreciated.

In the menu bar select: Effect > 3D > Extrude & Bevel. (Using Illus. CS)
