Better "AGE" formula? 1

Does anyone have a better formula than this one to calculate someone's current age?

date ({AXS_CUSTOMER.DOB}) & " - " & DateDiff ("y",{AXS_CUSTOMER.DOB} ,CurrentDate)/365.25
