Hi,

I've seen a few other posts along these lines, but not quite what I'm looking for.

An email blast goes out from our office. Our customers refuse the offer one by one. No problem.

For those replies which are obviously in HTML, not text-only, I want to send a fancy reply with a picture in the background.

I created a single .jpg in PaintShopPro with a photo and text layer on top. It looks beautiful. I paste it into the reply email, and it rasterizes--basically looks like it has a "patina" and loses clarity.

My other solution seems amateurish. I insert a background picture into the reply email, and the picture tiles. I then paste my text on top of it. The resolution is fine, but I don't really want the tiling.

I don't want nor need this to be an auto-reply.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Paulajune.

Take a look at eXclaimer for Exchange Server. It can add anything to emails such as signature blocks, graphics, disclaimers, etc. with the ability to format outgoing emails based on departments, users or email address.
