Best way to email this form

Hey guys,

I have an online application that a customer says he must have emailed to him (even though I explained the security issue behind that). The form is very long. For some reason when I fill the entire form out it doesn't email to me, but if I just fill out half of it then I get the email. Does anyone have any suggestions for the best way to email this form?
