Best way for dynamic text and layout

Hi,

I have made a website with a promo page. So the client should be able to edit text and layout (insert enters change font size and stuff like that).

I thought to solve this by using an xml file with some paragraphs and titles but this still isn't good enough. Cause it still limits the editing options.

So my question what do you people use to create something like this. Is this possible with asp.net and xml or should i better choose for flash.

i would rather use a DB if possible and give a Rich Text editor to my users.

go ahead, flash is also a good UI component, but the rich text editor is very important so that ur back end users can format their text...
