Best VoIP training? Where?

Hey everyone. My employer has asked me to seek some training on VoIP, SIP, and MGCP, as I prepare to take on new roles and responsibilities.

I'm not up to speed on VoIP, SIP, or MGCP, and figure I better get a good understanding before getting product specific. The products I'll be working with are Cisco 7200 (I'm familiar with Cisco for WAN data, but this is ATM passing voice traffic), General Bandwidth G6, Nu-Era, Vocal Data, and in the bigger picture other equipment includes Marconi (utilizing DS3), Nortel Passport (7k, 15k), and DMS. Anything relating to voice gateway or VoIP is what I will be involved with which basically is Cisco, GB, NuEra, and Vocal Data. I will also be getting into Softswitch (Metaswitch or Telica) in the near future.

Can anyone recommend some good courses to take? They can be classroom or online, either one works. I'm in the west coast and prefer to stay around my part of the country.

Is a good place to start. Build up and off your current level of knowledge in telecom/datacom. You will eventually want some LAB work too.
