Best Tools for migrating WinNT-> W2K & EXCH5.5 -> E2K ?

Hi,

Was wondering if any of the seasoned experts on this board would be able to suggest some of the best tools for migrating users, groups, everything from numerous Windows NT4 domains to a native-mode 2000 domain. I am also being expected to migrate over from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2000 Ent. and cluster them. I am looking at Quest Software's FastLane tools but I'm unsure which companies provide better tools for the job.

Any suggestions and pros/cons of these tools would be appreciated. Also any sites or resources that would help me avoid some gotchas in this process, or give me a migration roadmap would be great.
