Best router for DS3?

I have just taken over a Network with a DS3. They have a 3620 on each end and are complaining about slowness. What would be the best solution? I am thinking of buying two 7603's with two extreme summit 7i switches. What do you think?

What are you trying to accomplish? What routing protocols are you running? You're not trying to take a full BGP feed are you?
Start with the basics...look at memory, cpu, and interface utilization. Don't throw hardware at the problem until you understand where the problem lies.
