Best QoS solution

I have two sites connected by point to point full T1s. Using Cisco 2801 routers. One site has a Nortel phone system that will communicate accross the link to the other site where there is another Nortel phone system. I need to prioritize the traffic so that voice calls have the highest priority. What method would be best to setup in the routers?
