I am trying to create tickler for reoccuring events so emails will be sent out when it gets closer to that event, what's the best way to set it up so all or certain contacts in CRM will get the email reminder?
One approach would be to write an event monitoring service that checks the CRM database every hour or so and watches for upcoming events and then can send reminder emails etc.
