Hi,
I'm using Accpac 5.6 and I'm wondering how other users have set up their Accpac to identify costs per equipment / asset.
For example you might have a car which is worth $10,000 but it costs you $1,000 in repairs every month so you would be better off to dispose it.
How do you capture these costs? I don't want to create a GL account for every asset / equipment to keep track of it.

Thanks for your reply tuba.
I can track the cost of depreciation with an asset module but I'm looking to capture expenses like repairs or replacement parts.

Thanks.
Which one is better you think?
PJC or Service Manager?

Service Manager has far more options with regards to tracking maintenance. PJC is mostly a data collection tool.
