Best Hosted PBX offerings?

Hi Everyone -

We currently have a Definity G3si and need to relocate the company and downsize considerably from about 80 call center agents to around 20. Our current system will not be coming with us and we'd like to host our pbx and move to IP.

What are some solutions available to us that have similar PBX functionality as an Avaya system w/ EAS that is a hosted IP solution?

if you want the same functionality then the communication manager is the best solution but also the most expensive solution
an ip office can do it too for less money
only thing is that some things work slightly different
