best hard drive setup

I am building a new server and have:
(2) 9 GB SCSI HD
(1) 18 GB SCSI HD (fat not slim)
(1) 17.2 GB
(2) 100gb IDE drives

What would be the best setup and raid configuration for a 2000 active directory exchange server?
