Best Controls for the Job

I'm working on a form that I need some control advice for. I would like to add a iframe/panel like control to the left side of the window. This control will have a top and bottom section. Like in Outlook. When the top item is selected, the bottom section is collaped. Like wise for the bottom section. I will have a datagrid in each section. Is there a control that does this???

There is no contorl that I know of that comes natively with .NET. I have used Infragistics controls in the past. They emulate the Outlook controls. However, they are expensive.
