This may be a multi question topic, but I will start with a single question. I am setting up a vlan 10 across a wireless WAN. The remote building has a 2621 router, and a 2900xl switch. In setting up the switch I am not sure if I should set F0/1 in trunking or multi mode. From the docs I should be able to just configure the router normally, without any inter vlan routing, but I am not clear if this is the best choice. In my setup, users on vlan 10 need to get to a single server at the head end, and out a pix for Internet.

you will need to a trunk between the router and switch to route between vlans

you said you want to use f0/1 on the router, then you will need to picka port on the switch and configure that as a trunk. then on the router you will need to create subinterface for each vlan.

That is what I have for my initial setup. I ran across the other docs about setting the switch port to multi, but was not sure that was the answer.

The other question I have is, do I need to add vlan 10 to every wireless radio between site A and site B to get vlan 10 to carry through, or is it going to make it to the other end if I have the starting, and ending switches both configured for vlan 10?
