Best Book for N00B

I'm trying to learn Powershell and wanted to know if anyone could recommend some of the better books out there. I'm pretty much a noob at scripting and want to try to pick up PS to help my career hopefully to the next step.

Also - PowerShell user groups are popping up all over the place. There might be one in your area.
