BESClient.exe

I have a laptop in the field with what appears to be a rouge process called BESClient.exe. Has anyone heard of this? I found a web site stating that this is the remote control client. The vendor is Big Fix.

is it that or the blackberry enterprise server client software running? either way it would be legit.
