Behavior of windows explorer

If windows explorer is open and I run VBA codes in Access that have Scripting.FileSystemObject in them. Windows explorer stops responding and funny icon appear instead of the yellow folders picture, I could not see the contain of other folders, I must close and reopen it to be able to access different folders. Did somebody notice a similar behavior before?
