Beginner needs some pointers

Hi all,

I have been studying hard, and I think I am now getting to grips with VFP. However, I cannot find any info (that I can make sense of) on designing a 'backend/frontend' type application, like I used to do in Access. Basically, I want a single .exe that loads up all of the forms, queries, code etc, and a single datafile with all the tables in. Can anyone advise me on the best way to acheive this?
