Because of Ms Excel 95 Windows NT Hangup.

My machine have windows NT 4 with Ms Office 95, Ms SQl server 7.0 etc..Normaly my machine working properly but when I am draging column or data in MS Excel my NT is hang up at that time num key is working but ctrl+alt+del not working.
waiting for help.
