WHY IS B.E. V.8 REQUIRING A TOTAL OF 4 LICENSES TO OPERATE? IF THE SERVER IS TAKEN DOWN AND RESTARTED W/ THE BESTART COMMAND (AFTER UNLOADING NW TAPE), THE CONNECTIONS LISTED IN &quot;MONITOR&quot; ARE 4. IF THE SERVER IS TAKEN DOWN AND RESTARTED W/OUT OPENING B.E. (NO BESTART COMMAND), THE CONNECTIONS LISTED IN &quot;MONITOR&quot; ARE 0.<br><br>WHAT IS CAUSING THIS PROBLEM??
