BE Small Business Edition

Quick question. Is BE Small Business Edition a remote agent of Backup Exec 10d that gets installed on a particluar server or type of servers?

Sorry if an elementary question.

BE Smaill Business Edition can only be installed on Microsoft Windows 2003 Premium or Standard Editions Operating systems. Or Windows 2000 SBS.

Windows 2003 SBS OS has limitation thus BE SBS has limitations as well.

It also contains as part of the package/license the Exchange and SQLServer backup agents - as these are components of SBS (SQL only in SBS Premium).

You would still need to acquire separately any other remote agents.

is it possible to download BE exec 9.1(sbs 2003 pre edition)...?
because on veritas.com i can find just BE exec 9.1 (win sever 2003)download..

All the same download it just a matter of what license you enter turns on/off the features.

Eval mode will enable everything
