All Avaya CM version 5.1.x.
I was troubleshooting a problem with an IP trunk group (one way audio until someone picked up a phone) and used a command called "refresh ip-route" hoping it was just a problem with routing to the network gateway. Turns out there's a HUGE bug associated with this command.
If you execute this command, it will cause all of your IP stations to lose registration with their associated C-Lan boards.
The quick fix was to busy and unbusy the C-Lan board. That allowed the phones to re-register.
There's a PSN for it.
Be careful of this one...
