BE 9 Exhange Info store.

Hi,
I am trying to backup my exchange 5.5 server. We have all of the appropriate liscensing to do so but when trying to create a backup job, I get "No selections exist for this resource" when attempting to select the info store and exchange directory. I am able to backup the public folders. Can I back Priv.edb and still recover if a failure occurs?

Any suggestions appreciated...Thanks.

But the job still fails with:

Error code: a00084af HEX
Error description: Directory or File was not found, or could not be accessed.

for the info. store backup. Is that normal? didnt find anythign about that in the technote.

Make sure the Backup exec service account (the account it uses to start the services on the server) has proper rights (permissions admin is OK) to the Org, Site and Configuration container level.
