BE 9.1 not sending notification by SMTP

Hi,

on some installation I don't get a notification by SMTP mail after jobs are finished. When I run a manual test mail it works. I've set up BE 9.1, run all the latest patches and they are set up the same way but on some installations it does not send out the notifications.

Any ideas?

I have experienced that on 9.1 not sure of the fix though would be nice to find out?
