BE 9.1 for windows doing IDR for win2003

Hi,

I am trying to do IDR for win2003 server and getting error

Final error: 0xa000848c - Unable to attach to one of the drives.
Final error category: Resource Errors

while trying to connect to Media server I put the server name but it didn't work as I believe I don't have DNS in my network to resolve it IP , so I put the IP address on my media server instead of hostname and it was able to connect to media server and able to see my partitions and VSS.

it start restoring c: drive and it give the above mentioned error then it skips to next partition d: and it give the same error also.

The strange thing the Volume shadow copy restore is working !!!

I have checked this technnote:

but it is not applicable for me as I am using win2003 not XP
