Hello,

Hopefully someone in here has heard of this problem. This started with last nights backup. I am running two B2D on a NAS. One of the jobs finish with out any problems, the second job backs up about 104 gig and it changes to queued status.

I been using the same two backup jobs for a month and this just started last night.

Do the two jobs run during the same time frame? With BE 9, you can set the priority of the backup job. So let's say you have two jobs:

Job1: Start at 9pm (normally ends 9:30pm) set as Medium priority.

Job2: Start at 9:15pm (normally ends at 9:45pm) set as HIGH priority.

Job1 will start and run until 9:15 pm when there is a higher priority job. Job1 will be put into queue status until Job2 (the higher priority) finishes.

And that's based on my understanding of how it works (all my jobs use the same priority, so I haven't experienced this).

Both of the jobs have the same priority, which is medium.

I also checked Veritas KB and they have nothing on it as well.

Check the alerts - sounds to me like you have run out of space on teh B2D device.

I wish that was the case, I have over 150 gigs of space available.

Create a new B2D device and direct the backup having issues to it. see how you go.
I have seen B2D devices, just stop working, but usually at the start of the job
