BE 10 Offline autoloader and tapes gone bad...

Hello, I'm having a major problem. Recently my backups failed and the autoloader went offline, after which each tape I loaded was labelled as bad media and I cannot get it to work. I've restarted the server and the tape drive. Please let me know if anyone has had this problem and has suggestions. Thank you!

Use the hardware wizard, unmark them for use by Veritas. Then repeat and bring then in. Usually works.

Otherwise, update Windows driver in Device Manager on the autoloader then try above.
