BE 10.0 Rev 5520 - Service Pack 2 - End marker unreadable

I have recently upgraded my installation of BE 10.0 Rev 5520 to Service Pack 2. Almost all of my media is now unusable and indicates "End marker unreadable". Even if I perform a quick erase on the media I still get the same error. Any ideas what's going on? Is it related to Service Pack 2?
