BE 10.0 not seeing robotic library

Pulling my hair out with this one!

I have two HP 1/8 autoloader LTO 2 drives connected to one of my backup servers that will just not see the library whatsoever!

I've re-installed BE, tried with just one library, tried different drivers, but BE will only see the drive - not the library.

Device manager shows both the LTO drive and the library correctly. Removeable storage is not running and is disabled.

The only error in the event log is from BE stating a device configuration issue, see the event log!

Anyone seen this problem before?

Have you downloaded the latest driver/library update for 10d?

Yes, all updates applied, still no joy.
Installed BAB11.5 and it saw both with no probs, odd one that.

Check in the device manager if the medium changer is detected correctly and is shown as "unknown medium changer".

If by any chance it is using the OEM driver, select to update the driver and use "unknown medium changer".
