It is one of the harder exams. The only one I found more difficult was the CCIE R&S. Know how to reverse telnet to configure a modem. Know theory on ISDN, FR, Dialers (legacy and profiles) cold. You will definitely be under a time crunch for this exam.
That's strange...BCRAN was the only exam I took just once to pass, because its contents are similar to of CCNA. You just need to know how to setup ISDN, Frame Relay and Dialers like Cluebird said.
I say BSCI was the hardest where they extensively talks about BGPs. But then again, everyone's different.
