I have BCMS up and running on an NT with two wallboards.

The BCMS server is located in a manager’s office, which is not always accessible. I tried installing the bcms client on a supervisor’s PC but I always get an error message telling me that the client is not registered. Well I registered and re-registered the client PC but, still can not get it to login.

I know the server sees my client because i can see my name on the bcms server error log.

Is this a license issue?

It may be a silly question and it may be a licensing issue but does your network login match the same name registered on the server? (Case Sensitive) This is just one solution I have had with one of our clients.

Hope this helps.
