On my Definity G3 R11 (EAS is enabled) I've set up BCMS Vu R2 via CLAN connection. I'm able to pull VDN reports out of BCMS, but when I try to select anything agent-related within the BCMS client software, it either grays out the option or gives me blanks. I'm using the same login from the BCMS Vu server as I use to access the PBX via ASA, and I can see the agent data via ASA, using commands like "list bcms agent XXXX". Can anyone point me to where the problem might lie?
