BCMS Vu reporting VDN but not Agent data

On my Definity G3 R11 (EAS is enabled) I've set up BCMS Vu R2 via CLAN connection. I'm able to pull VDN reports out of BCMS, but when I try to select anything agent-related within the BCMS client software, it either grays out the option or gives me blanks. I'm using the same login from the BCMS Vu server as I use to access the PBX via ASA, and I can see the agent data via ASA, using commands like "list bcms agent XXXX". Can anyone point me to where the problem might lie?

BCMS Vu is a tricky program, and if it was set up before some of the switch programming was done, it may be acting funny. To fix a lot of those problems I've found that I have to "trick" the BCMS Vu Server into thinking that I'm changing the switch connection. On the Server program, select Configure --> Switch Connection. Then retype a couple of your fields (with the same information that was there before.) Then save it. The system will think that it's doing a new connection and configure itself accordingly.
