BCMS Vu report on when no agents are available

Hi all,

does anyone know if there is a report I can use to show (historically) when there were no agents available.

Our helpdesk vectors work fine usually, and every now and then I hear from an angry end user that waited in queue for 5 minutes or so...I want to be able to verify that the issue is not the vector - that I just have no available agents. Can I verify theis with a report? Thanks!!!!
