BCMS Reports Server stops downloading

My BCMS Reports server is not downloading hourly. I have the server to download every hour. For the pass 2 weeks I have had to reboot the server or restart BCMS to get a download.

What is causing my downloads to stop?

If you are using a data module, the downloads may be "overlaping". If this is the case, set the downloads to occur less frequently, or set it up to download over IP via a CLAN circuit pack.
