I have set up an external wallboard which is displaying stats from 4 different skills. The information displayed is available agents, call waiting and longest waiting. When there is no agents logged in, no information is sent to the wallboard, and no data available is displayed. I would have expected that available agents should show 0, when no agents are logged in. Is this scenario normal?
 
Yes, I believe it is. When a skill has no agents logged into it, it usually doesn't show up in the real-time reports at all, which would explain why you see no data on your wallboard.
