BCMS 2.1.3.1 software

We have a customer with 2.1.3.1 software and they have installed a new pc and they require the software, they have lost there disk. We have sent them 2.4 but they are saying it need to be 2.1.3.1. They have tried to install 2.4 but can not get it working, I have had no exposure to the BCMS so I can’t advise them if it should or shouldn't (Avaya have said it should work though)

If any knows where I can get hold of 2.1.3.1 I would appreciate it.

Please try you're Avaya representive. If he can't get you one the customer is in a bad shape. He should have looked better for there software. Maybe sell an upgrade to 2.4?
