question is whether any of the sets are in normal mode. If yes, then from a set in local mode (or indeed an analogue set which can only be local to the BCM), try dialling the voip trunk access code followed by either:
a) A normal CS1K set (meaning not registered to/associated with the SRG)
or
b) A set in normal mode.
where xx.xx.xx.xx is the SRG IP address will give detailed messaging on what the BCM is doing across the voip trunk to dial to the cs1k set. For example, if SIP, do you see an INVITE message.
