You provided an old link for
"remote" access but you did not specify it in your question if you want remote access or onsite access.
Since Firebird explained onsite access here is for remote:
Method 1- Internet:
-Acquire your public IP
-If you are not remoting to your PC where BEM is installed then:
On the Router forward port TCP 5989 to the LAN IP of the BCM
-Connect using BEM on your PC/Laptop to the Public IP address
Method 2 - Phone line:
-From site enable "modem dial-in" by checking the box via Resources/DialupInterfaces
-Note the Modem number further down the on the same section
-If you do not have a dedicated phone number on the BCM then make sure to have AA answer the line.
-On your PC/Laptop use Dial Up Networking "Connect to a Workplace" to connect to your phone number
-Use a dial string that first your setup using commas for a pause to give AA a chance to answer
Example: "905-XXXXXXXXX,,,,YYY (YYY = your modem DN)
-Your IP for the Dialup Connection should be 10.10.42.2
Once connected use your web browser to make the changes by using the BCM's LAN IP.
