Error 10010 is interesting?
The following actions should only be conducted by a Nortel
Networks' personnel. (1) reboot, (2) if problem persists,
through VNC run miserver shutdown, and mspTrace -mutils -
d0xffffffff, (3) try again, collect the trace files in …\Unified
Manager\log, and forward them to developers
I'd run a full backup first, before carrying out a reboot.
