Of course there was no backup, so the customer sent a tech (not a nortel tech) but a competent phone tech none the less. I was able to access and reprogram the system and testing went great on Friday.

Site has a PRI, and today they cannot retrieve held calls. They have alarm 75 displayed on several phones, as well as alarm 37 now. Customer tried to reboot the system themselves, and now they cannot make or receive calls.

They probably can't retrieve held calls because they don't know how. Is that PRI new to them where they may not be used to parking calls etc?

The tech on site did a warm reset (or restart) utilities and everything came up and was working as programs thankfully.
