Hello! I am new to the forum. Been trying to start from scratch on my office's phone system. There are just 2 of us here right now aso just wanted to reconfigure the system so that it has only one mailbox and no more extensions, but allowing 2 phones to dial out on the same line at the same time if needed. So I reset the system to factory defaults, but now when I call the office from my cell, it doesn't ring anymore. It did the first time I tried, but after that, nothing. However, it still has the extensions in tact so at least if someone calls they can leave a message. Anyway, I just need the phones to be able to ring when the main number is called AND be able to take the call. And all the phone's buttons are default now, so i can't dial out either. When I try, I hit one key and then it gives me a busy signal right after that.

Another issue is I can't access Callpilot manager. Nor does the BCM software work on Windows 10. It installs, but then it doesn't show any networks or anything else for that matter. Callpilot manager gives me the error...

192.168.2.222 uses an unsupported protocol.
ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

That hasn't worked for sometime. Also, the Nortel logo indicator is solid red on the BCM unit. Any suggestions or help?

You have so many issues you should probably call a tech to site or get remote support.

Manuals are on the BCM itself or you can search the internet.

Doing a factory reset wipes out all programming and maybe the keycodes that give you certain features.

Callpilot mamnager is best viewed in Firfox, Waterfox etc that allow TLS 1 , 1.1 where Chrome no longer supports it.

BCM software
Called Business Element Manager or EM or BEM for short.

Check the FAQ's page via the link up top, viewing or connecting issues.
