BCM50 how to delete voice mail messages

Hello, as you see from article subject, this is my first time working with BCM50
I need to delete old voicmail messages from BCM, but I cannot find any information in manuals, how to do that. I connected laptop to BCM and I can Access Bussines Elemet manager and Mailbox manager web interface. Mailbox manager says, that it is FULL with 7820 messages. How can I delete them?

If it is the General Delivery you must either erase the CallPilot or delete messages 1 by 1. If you reinstall the VM you will have to reprogram. If it is another mailbox then delete the mailbox.

You could backup the CallPilot, then default the CallPilot settings, and finally restore the backup you made. A backup does not save messages, only settings and greetings. I'd recommend hiring a tech if you haven't worked with a BCM before.
